Annual Meal continued...

........ The Spinnaker now has a Carvery and we were given the choice that those having the roast could have waitress service or collect it themselves from the Carvery. The decison was in favour of the latter and the heaped piles on the plates of people returning to the tables may have indicated the reason why! A pleasant variety of desserts were served, followed by tea or coffee which we again elected to help ourselves to so that we could make it as we liked it. Ann and Roy had again managed to get us the whole restaurant to ourselves and Tony thanked them on our behalf for the hard work they had put in to make it such a pleasant day. If you haven't tried the Spinnaker it is worth a visit. It has a reasonably priced Carvery Monday to Friday and friendly, helpful staff.
