Passengers are required to contribute 8p per mile towards running costs and petrol. To preserve equality of treatment throughout the Group all drivers should collect the amount due.
If they do not wish to retain the payments towards their own expenses they can pass it to a charity of their choice or to our Treasurer - Mike Lloyd (phone 023 9287 2485) who will remit it to the RA Footpath Fund Appeal.
Anyone planning to join a walk at the start should contact the leader to confirm the walk is still taking place to avoid a wasted journey.
